Jerry Parker - Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Parker earned his B.A. from Midwestern State University in 1977 and his M. A. from Southwestern in 1981. He has served as Chief Executive Officer for The Wood Group since 1987 and is responsible for the development and implementation of programs and services provided. He has served as past president and board member of the Mental Health Association of Wichita County. Mr. Parker served three years on the NAMI State Board of Directors and is the former Vice President of NAMI of Wichita County. He served many years on the Board of Texas Homeless Network. He is a past board member of the State Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Texas and for the Board of Directors for the South Texas Behavioral Health Partnership. He is a member of the Alliance for the Mentally Ill, National Rural Mental Health Association, National Association of County Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Directors, Texas Corrections Association, and American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disablilities. In 1995, he was the recipient of the Helen Farabee Award for outstanding volunteer services to the mentally ill of North Texas. Mr. Parker is starting his ninth year on the National Board of Directors for the National Association for Rural Mental Health. He is the current president of NARMH and also serves on the board of directors for NACBHDD. Mr. Parker is a current member of the LANAC committee of Texas.

Mark A. Bruce - Chief Financial Officer: Mr. Bruce has served as Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer for The Wood Group since 1989. Mr. Bruce is responsible for business planning, budgeting, finance and financial management of The Wood Group. In the past Mr. Bruce has served on the Board of Directors for the South Texas Behavioral Health Partnership, the Financial Committee for the Texas Health Care Association and a member of the National Rural Mental Health Association. He earned his B.A. from Midwestern State University in 1982.

Stacy Otto - Chief Operations Officer: As Chief Operations Officer for The Wood Group, Stacy is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and programs. Mrs. Otto began her career at The Wood Group in 2006, as the Director of Quality Management and Client Rights Officer. During this time, she gained extensive knowledge of the agency functions and needs which have greatly prepared her for her current role. Mrs. Otto continues to maintain her personal commitment to ensure consumers receive the best quality services The Wood group has to offer.
Prior to coming to The Wood Group, Mrs. Otto worked with the Oklahoma National Guard where she helped implement a Mentorship Program for troubled youth. She began her behavioral health career as a Child and Adolescent caseworker for the Helen Farabee Center. Her skills in the behavioral health field include assessment, treatment plan, referral of consumers, providing education, goal setting, support services, coordination of wrap around services and working in teams to help consumers achieve desired goals. Her driving force in life and career has been to help those who are in need.
Mrs. Otto earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Cameron University. Her areas of study included Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice.

Lesa Reimers - Director of Human Resources: Mrs. Reimers has studied at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. She has been with the Wood Group since August of 2007. Prior to working with The Wood Group, Mrs. Reimers spent 14 years as office manager of a company in Dallas. She also worked as a Contract Assistant with Collin County. Mrs. Reimers had been a previous employee with The Wood Group. As Director of Human resources she assists area Administrators with hiring of new employees and maintains all personnel files and training records. Lori Wood - Assistant Comptroller: Mrs. Wood has studied accounting and related courses at Stephen F. Austin and Midwestern State Universities. She worked in the accounting field for 5 years before starting work at Wood Care Centers in 1989 and The Wood Group in 2003. Mrs. Wood is responsible for all accounts payable and payroll for both companies. All inquiries regarding accounting should be made to Mrs. Wood.

Braden Wood - Director of Quality Management: Mr. Wood recently earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Midwestern State University. Mr. Wood has been with the company since 2011, handling various duties. As Director of Quality Management, Mr. Wood will ensure all of our facilities meet and exceed both the Centers' standards and the Residents' expectations. Mr. Wood is a member of NAMI and helps with Hope for the Holidays in Wichita Falls.


Dustin Phillips - Director of Behavioral Health Services: Mr. Phillips is a graduate of Midwestern State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2000. He is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker and began his Social Work career with the Helen Farabee Center in Wichita Falls working in Crisis Services and he soon transitioned to facility Administrator of The Wood Group's Crisis Respite Unit in Victoria, Texas. He returned to Wichita Falls and managed The Wood Group's CRU in Wichita Falls for four years before beginning eight years of employment at the Midwestern Healthcare Center, a long-term-care nursing and rehab facility, as the Director of Social Services. Mr. Phillips has returned to The Wood Group as the Director of Behavioral Health Services and he is overseeing all IDD Programs, Psychosocial Rehabilitative Programs, and he will also manage any Client Rights concerns as the Client's Rights Officer.
Chris Dolloff – Reginonal Director (West Texas Areas): Mr. Dolloff is a Graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology. He began his career as a substance abuse preventionist, teaching life skills to adolescents and conducting skills training groups for at-risk children. He worked for Pecan Valley MHMR in Stephenville from 2000-2008 were he served as a Qualified Mental Health Professional providing case management services to youth and adults, and later served as Quality Management Coordinator and MR Continuity of Care Coordinator. He began his services with The Wood Group in September 2008. Mr. Dolloff was named Regional Director in April 2010 and now oversees the operations of The Wood Group facilities located in West Texas.


Sandra Bustamante - Regional Director for El Paso, TX: Ms. Bustamante received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Park University, Ft. Bliss, Tx with a minor in Psychology. Ms. Bustamante began her career in 1987 working at EPMHMR as a Clerical Supervisor and Medical Records. In 1997, she began working at The Citadel Group in Human Resources/Accounting. The opportunity came up for Ms. Bustamante at The Citadel Group and was given the position of Program Manager for Rehab Services (Groups and Individual services). In October of 2005, Ms. Bustamante began working with The Wood Group as a Rehab Specialist/QMHMP-CS. In April of 2006, she then became Administrator of Solana TLC Residential Home and continues to oversee the Psychosocial Rehab Program.

Kyle Britton - Austin Area Director: Mr. Britton is a graduate of the University of Texas at the Permian Basin with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology. Before being employed with The Wood Group, Mr. Britton taught Special Education, and was involved with Special Olympics. Mr. Britton has worked with The Wood Group since opening the first Austin location in 2009.

Shelly Baggett – Regional Director (Central Texas Areas): Mrs. Baggett is a graduate of the University of Victoria, B.C. with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Child Care, specializing in Family Therapy. Mrs. Baggett began her career in 1981 as a Child Care Worker at a Special Alternate Education Program as a Child Care Worker. She worked at Cowichan Family and Life Association; Integrated Services for Family and Child Development and at a Residential Treatment Center for children. Her Mental Health career began in 1984 at a psychiatric residential treatment center as senior counselor and case manager. During this time she opened and supervised a Family Care Home for psychiatric clients. In addition to her Mental Health experience, Shelly has also worked as an Administrative Assistant. Mrs. Baggett began her services with The Wood Group in November, 2008 as Administrator for the Bluebonnet MHMR San Gabriel Crisis Center in Georgetown. She was named Regional Director in March 2010 and now oversees the operations of Wood Group facilities located in Central Texas.
